Please read these terms carefully before registering on the SanatanSetu Partner Platform.
By completing your registration and paying the onboarding fee, you agree to comply with these terms. These rules ensure a high standard of respect, authenticity, and trust for all devotees and pandits on SanatanSetu.
By registering on the SanatanSetu Partner Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the platform to list your services or accept devotee requests.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a Pandit on SanatanSetu. You must possess genuine knowledge, authentic training (Veda Pathshala, Gurukul, or lineage), and verifiable experience in performing Hindu rituals, pujas, or astrological services.
Partners are responsible for providing completely accurate information during onboarding. This includes your legal name, WhatsApp number, geographic location, services offered, and supporting documents. Misrepresentation will lead to immediate account suspension.
A one-time, lifetime registration fee of ₹1,100 is required to complete onboarding. This fee covers background verification, platform infrastructure, and community marketing. The fee is non-refundable once verification has started.
All registered pandits and astrologers are expected to maintain professional conduct. You agree not to demand extra fees, overcharge devotees, misrepresent qualifications, or perform rituals with shortcuts that compromise scriptural authenticity.
SanatanSetu reserves the right to verify all submitted documents (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates). Approval is at the sole discretion of our admin team. Rejection due to invalid documents will require a fresh submission via the Partner App.
All content, designs, trademarks, and code on the SanatanSetu platform are our exclusive property. Your profile data and photos remain yours, and you grant SanatanSetu a worldwide licence to display it to devotees.
SanatanSetu is a technology facilitator connecting devotees with spiritual experts. We are not responsible for direct quality disputes or personal issues arising from individual offline puja services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
