SanatanSetu is committed to protecting your personal information. We ensure all background documents are highly protected and never shared. We maintain complete transparency in how your profile data is used.
We collect information you provide directly during registration — including your name, mobile number (for verification), profile photo, geographical location, and services offered. Sensitive verification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) are collected securely via the Partner App.
Your data is used to create your public partner profile, verify your identity as an authentic spiritual expert, process payouts securely, and allow devotees to view your services. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Sensitive identification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, bank account details) are encrypted at rest. Access is strictly limited to authorized SanatanSetu audit members.
Your mobile number is never displayed publicly. It is used strictly for secure OTP verification, login sessions, and essential platform updates. Devotees connect with you through verified channel routing — keeping your number fully masked.
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and secure your onboarding state. These cookies do not track your browsing activity across other websites and are automatically deleted when you log out.
We store your data as long as your partner account remains active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification, your profile is permanently purged from our servers within 7 business days.
We utilize trusted industry partners to deliver our services: Razorpay for secure registration payments, Firebase for secure phone OTP authentication, and open mapping APIs for location routing. Each partner adheres to strict privacy standards.
